Painting & decorating

Start with the room and the result you want.

Tell Handy Helpers which rooms need decorating, what is there now and the look you have in mind. Photos of the space and the condition of the surfaces help explain the job.

What would you like to change?

Your enquiry might be a room refresh, an update to the finish, or decorating after other home improvements. Explain which surfaces are involved and anything that needs attention before the finish can be applied.

Useful details for a quote

• The rooms, surfaces and approximate sizes.
• The current finish and any damaged or uneven areas.
• Your colour or finish ideas and materials already chosen.
• Other work planned for the room and your preferred timing.

Does decorating include repairs or plastering?

Describe any repair or plastering needs separately. The preparation and any additional work must be discussed and agreed as part of the quote; they are not automatically included.

Can I include flooring or other work?

Yes, you can send all the work in one enquiry. This helps us discuss the scope together. Let us know which jobs are your priority.
